Exchange/Return Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to reconsider your purchase, please take a moment to review our simple and transparent Exchange and Return Policy:
- Qualification for Returns/Exchange
We will accept returns/exchange in case of genuine quality issues, or if the wrong order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We are happy to accept returns/exchange even if a product does not meet your expectations.
- Timeline to Return for the Products
If the received product doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order with the order id at support@paulsonsonline.com or call us at +91 7428211662.
- Misfit in Size
For size-related issues, raise a request within 72 hours of receiving the order with your order id. Refer to the size chart while placing your order. This facility applies only to stitched products. You may email or call us to initiate an exchange or return.
- Defect or Missing Product in the Package
All the products go through multiple quality and order check before getting dispatched. Therefore we strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video of the package after receiving from the delivery person. This helps us quickly investigate and fix the problem and initiate a smoother return process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. If the unboxing video is not provide in the above case, then Paulsons' reserves the right to disapprove the return/exchange request.
- Packaging Requirements
Only orders with original packaging, intact tags, and unused products will be considered for return and exchange.
- Exchange of the Product
Issuance of a fresh article occurs within 2 - 3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
- Return/Exchange/Cancellation Approval
Once the return, cancellation or exchange is requested by the customer, the approval of the same may take up to 2 business days.
In case you are not happy with the product delivered to you, we initiate the return within 2 business days of receivng the request.
In case of defect/missing product, we cross-verify the same with our dispatch records and videos and then approve the return process.
- Refund Process
If payment was made online, the refund will be initiated to the same account used for the purchase once we receive the product.
If an order was placed on Cash On Delivery then our team will ask for your bank account details after the products are received by us. We will refund the amount in the given bank account only. We try to intitate the refund as soon as we receive the product but sometimes it may take up to 7 days for the amount to be credited in your account.
- Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
However, we offer a one-time size or product exchange, subject to availability.
If your preferred item is out of stock, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
To initiate an exchange for a sale item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange eligibility for sale items:
Item(s) must be unused and unwashed.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchange requests are handled based on product availability.
- Reverse Pickups
You can request for a reverse pickup by emailing us at support@paulsonsonline.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7428211662. Pickups are only done from the delivery address; if unavailable, the product will be deemed accepted.
